This webinar focused on how to use return on investment thinking to influence senior stakeholders and support better decision making without getting lost in complex data analysis. We explored what leaders really care about when making decisions, and how to position people data to meet those priorities, even when the data is incomplete or imperfect.

Using a short National Grid case study focused on apprentices and graduates, we looked at how to frame strategic choices, build credibility, and tell a compelling story that links insight to action. We also explored how to make effective use of ISE data, alongside insights from the upcoming development survey, to strengthen your narrative.
