The Nomination, Remuneration & Governance Committee reports to the ISE Board of Directors, and covers the following roles:
- leads the process for Board appointments and to keep under review the balance of skills, knowledge and experience on the Board to ensure appropriate succession planning
- determines the policy and practices for the remuneration (including benefits, pension arrangements, bonuses and termination payments) of the ISE staff
- ensures governance structures function effectively, and where appropriate recommend changes to the ISE Articles of Association.
