Board Directors

ISE is governed by its Board of Directors.

The Board is made up of between eight and fourteen directors, a mix of employer members (4-10), university members (2) and solution provider members (2).

Directors serve a four-year term and new directors are appointed by the existing board on an annual basis, with the process overseen by the Nominations, Remuneration and Governance (NRG) Committee.

The Director role is a voluntary one, and we are grateful for all those that serve on the Board and steer ISE's financial integrity and strategic direction.
