Board responsibilities - Apprenticeship excellence

A passionate advocate for apprenticeships, Jade heads up Learning Quality at Severn Trent. Responsible for the quality of learning for the organisations in-house apprenticeships, externally accredited training programmes and Severn Trent’s overall L&D offer.

 

Throughout her career, Jade has led early careers strategies, spanning; outreach & attraction, work experience and apprenticeship, intern and graduate programmes. As well as holding HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition & Development roles, across the Utilities, Energy and Engineering Sector. 

 

Jade has a strong desire to create opportunities for people to access meaningful careers, removing unnecessary barriers and enabling individuals to make informed career choices. With a strong belief in employers, providers and government working in collaboration to create a level playing field for all and ensuring routes are available for individuals to gain the skills and qualifications for future jobs. 

 

Jade is also an Enterprise Advisor with the Careers & Enterprise Company and is a member of key apprenticeship and technical education advisory groups across the industry.
