Board responsibilities - Supplier Membership

James has worked in recruitment and human resource management for the last 20 years. Having operated in a wide range of sectors and markets and covering executive search through to blue and white collar contingent recruitment, he has a broad understanding of recruitment dynamics and the drivers within the industry. He has worked at board level for three of the top ten largest recruitment firms in the UK.

He has founded (and later sold) a specialist RPO firm as well as working in smaller ‘boutique’ consultancies. Over the last ten years, he has worked purely within the future talent market and beyond his role within the ISE is a patron to The 5% Club.
 
James is passionate about engaging with schools and colleges and raising awareness of the increasing variety of routes available and the successful transition from education into employment.
 
James lives in Marlborough, Wiltshire and beyond his family and two daughters, enjoys and a broad array of sports and travel.
