Board responsibilities - Policy

Lucy heads up the Early Talent Recruitment team at GSK, leading a team of 13 talented recruitment managers and specialists in the UK, US, Belgium, Korea and Singapore. Her strategic objectives in Early Talent are promoting inclusion and diversity in all interactions, addressing long-term skills shortages and developing fair and accessible assessments. In her role on the ISE Board, she hopes to support industry reach their strategic goals by ensuring employer views are represented in Education and Employment Policy. Prior to her role at GSK, Lucy had experience across student recruitment and development at Virgin Media, Liberty Global and Vodafone.

Alongside her role at GSK, Lucy also volunteers as a Trustee for Pioneer Educational Trust, a multi-academy Trust operating in the Slough area. Her areas of focus on the Board are HR, safeguarding, careers education and charitable initiatives.
