Justin has over 12 years of experience in Early Careers recruitment across various sectors, including professional services, banking, and legal, working in both in-house and RPO environments. He has international experience, having supported high-profile recruitment campaigns in Australasia and the APAC region. Currently, Justin is a Talent Acquisition Lead at Deloitte, overseeing all Early Careers recruitment for the Advisory and Consulting businesses as well as leading on a number of strategic projects. Outside of work, he enjoys teaches indoor cycling classes and enjoys travelling.
