Board responsibilities - Chair

Joan Moore has worked in the fast paced world of recruitment for over two decades, starting her career in agency recruiting before gaining valuable experience in HE as part of the careers service at Kingston University. Joan joined Accenture as a Senior Recruiter 13 years ago and now leads the company’s Early Talent Recruitment team in the UK; making her responsible for hiring up to 750 apprentices, interns and graduates each year. In her time at Accenture, she has driven a huge transformation in the way the firm recruits the best and most diverse talent and she is hugely passionate about how technology can be leveraged to enable innovation in recruiting. A big believer in the power of cross-industry collaboration, Joan is very excited to become chair of the ISE board and to play an active role in shaping the future of the organisation.
