ISE Webinar: Apprentice assessment reform

The apprenticeships landscape is undergoing its most significant overhaul since the introduction of the levy in 2017. Some of the biggest changes are in the process of assessment for apprentices on programmes and, from April 2026, the introduction of the first tranche of apprenticeship units.

For this session we were joined by Carmel Grant, Deputy Director, Reform and Development at Skills England and Rob May, Managing Director at Innovate to talk through these reforms and how employers can best navigate the challenges and maximise the opportunities of the changes.
