EDI Working Groups

To achieve our ambitions to support ISE members, we have created a group of members who can both support us as we shape our EDI strategy, and help bring these plans to life.

These EDI Working Groups are fundamental to ISE achieving our mission statement:

"The ISE serves to create more representative organisations, empowering diverse career talent to be authentic and fulfil their potential. We do this by influencing early talent strategies for attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, creating cultures of belonging, and enabling career transition in service of our membership. "

Below are the discussion topics within our EDI Working Groups and who's taking part in the conversation.
