The ISE Student Development Conference 2026 will take place on 7 May at the New Connaught Rooms, London.

This is one of ISE's biggest conferences with over 170 delegates expected to join to hear the launch of ISE's annual Student Development Survey and to share their observations on the findings. The Student Development Conference will look to bring together L&D professionals in the world of early talent both from an Employer, Education Provider and Solution Provider background. The conference programme will explore some of the key themes and challenges faced by this L&D community and offer insight and practical solutions to enable delegates to leave the event with greater confidence and knowledge.

The conference content will be curated by a team of L&D experts from a wide range of stakeholder groups with a strong focus on quality sessions from that will appeal to both practitioner and strategic professionals.
