The ISE Student Recruitment Conference 2026 takes place at the Double Tree by Hitlon Brighton Metropole Hotel on Monday 22nd – Wednesday 24th June 2026.

This is ISE’s flagship annual event and we expect c400 delegates to pass through its doors. It provides a wide range of opportunities for sponsors to raise their profile with the ISE membership and make long-lasting and meaningful connections. The conference content will be curated by a team of early careers and broader talent acquistion and development experts from a wide range of stakeholder groups with a strong focus on quality sessions that will appeal to both practitioner and strategic professionals.
