Vivienne joined the organisation in September 2015.

Her main areas of direct responsibility are the management and execution of the large events including the annual Student Recruitment Conference, Student Development Conference and Apprenticeships Conference plus other ad-hoc conferences.

She leads on the development of the Supplier Partnerships and other sponsorship opportunities.

She brings to the ISE a wealth of membership association experience and has worked with at a variety of professions including accountants, surveyors, lawyers, bankers, teachers and, most recently, the dental profession during a 5 year period at the British Dental Association.

Outside of work Vivienne is dedicated to supporting her daughter to achieve her career ambitions, and she loves to get out with her dog Ziggy and catch up with friends over a glass of something chilled.
