About the event

Which employers is this fair for?
Businesses wishing to connect with talented students seeking graduate level opportunities from this summer onwards.

Our talented graduates will be available for:

• Immediate starts following final assessments in May/June

• Autumn application cycles
• Summer graduate-level internships

This is a great opportunity to meet students in person, share important insights into your organisation and support students to make applications that hit the mark.

Who will this fair be promoted to?
Students in their final year of study from all subjects across our three faculties of Arts & Humanities, Social Sciences and Sciences (including technology).

Package Details

• The fair will run from 11:00 to 15:00 on Wednesday 6 May 2026 and the package includes:
• 2m x 2m pitch with space for pull-up banners
• Complimentary WiFi
• Access to a central charging point
• Lunch and refreshments for a maximum of three delegates
• Support from our staff on the day
• Promotion to students on our careers platform, Handshake, our web pages, social media and by email.

Cost of Fair stand:

• Standard Ticket: £300 (+ VAT)
• SME: £200 (+ VAT)
• Registered Charity Ticket: £150 (+ VAT)

Please note that payment instructions will be sent separately once your booking is confirmed by the end of March 2026. You will then be able to choose the relevant ticket price shown above.
