Award Description
This award honours organisations with outstanding programmes that cater to the unique needs of school leavers and apprentices. Successful programmes should demonstrate effective development of essential workplace skills and provide a strong foundation for early career success.
Eligibility to submit: Award entry is open to ISE members only.
Round 1 Scoring Criteria:
- Vision for Behavioural Change - How clear is the vision for the behaviour shift needed for school leaver and apprentice success?
- Soft Skill Development - What activities are used to develop softer skills, such as communication and teamwork?
- Support and Development Resources - How well is support provided to develop skills, and are plans in place for ongoing development?
- Stakeholder and Provider Engagement - How effectively are education or training providers and other stakeholders involved?
- Impact and Strategic Benefit - What evidence demonstrates the impact of the programme and its strategic benefit to the organisation?
In addition to support of your submission, the following can also be added;
- Up to two A4 pages/slides of infographics i.e. images (max 4), graphs charts and tables in PDF format.
- One web link not included in the 500-word entry.
