This award recognises an individual who has made a significant and transformative contribution to the early talent landscape, delivering meaningful, measurable change. It celebrates leaders, innovators, or advocates who have who have challenged the status quo, introduced innovative solutions, and created a lasting impact in the industry. Entrants should demonstrate measurable impact, innovation, and evidence of inspiring others within their organisation or the wider sector.
Please note, entries can be submitted by another ISE member but the individual must have given their permission and approved the application.
The following should be considered a guide as to what the judges will be looking for, although it is not anticipated that an entry will cover all statements:
Impact on the early talent industry
Measurable change: Evidence of tangible outcomes and results
Scale of influence: Demonstrate how many students, graduates, or early-career professionals were positively affected.
Commitment to equity, diversity & inclusion
Inclusive practices: Initiatives that have made a difference to career outcomes for underrepresented groups.
Collaboration and partnership
Community building: Creating ecosystems that foster shared learning and mutual benefit.
Sustainability and long-term vision
Enduring change: Initiatives designed for long-term impact rather than short-term wins.
Scalability: Ability to replicate or expand the approach across regions or industries.
Advocacy and thought leadership
Industry influence: Contributing to shaping best practices or influencing policy in across the early talent development sector.
Knowledge sharing: Broadening impact through speaking at events, publishing insights, or mentoring others in the field.
