It celebrates leaders, innovators, or advocates who have who have challenged the status quo, introduced innovative solutions, and created a lasting impact in the industry. Entrants should demonstrate measurable impact, innovation, and evidence of inspiring others within their organisation or the wider sector.
Judges will be looking for entries that cover one or some of the below:
- Impact: Clear evidence of an increase in positive outcomes for early talent, such as improved access, diversity, or career readiness.
- Innovation: Creative approaches that break new ground or significantly improve existing practices.
- Collaboration: Building strong partnerships across the sector with employers, universities, and solution providers to amplify results.
- Sustainability: Initiatives designed for long-term success and scalability.
- Advocacy: Demonstrated thought leadership and commitment to advancing the early talent agenda.
