Solution Providers are experts in the early careers space, providing employers and education organisations with the tools and technologies they need to succeed.

Member benefits include:

  • Solution Provider Showcase - a free, tailored profile of your organisation's products and services available exclusively to ISE members, reaching over 300 employers and 100 universities.
  • Free “e-shot” – We will work with you to create a dedicated email to be sent out to all our members to promote your business. It’s a great way to introduce you to prospective new clients and to let your existing clientele know you have joined the ISE. This service is not available to former members who have already used a free e-shot.
  • Discounted promotional activities - Solution Providers receive £1,000 off event sponsorship, plus discounts on email and content advertising, including webinars. Plus free promotional opportunities such as publishing ISE Insights articles and advertising events in our online calendar.
  • WhatsApp groups - Our Special Interest Groups reflect the main interests of our members. They offer a great platform for asking questions and offering advice within a trusted community often leading to further discussions on a particular topic and feeding into Employer Forum meetings.
  • Annual reports – Free access to unique and industry leading data collected from our members. We produce two main surveys annually, based around recruitment and development – The Student Recruitment Survey and The Student Development Survey. We also create hot topic surveys and papers which most recently have been based around Brexit and our recommendations for improving the apprenticeship system.
  • ISE data and resources - Your organisation will gain access to our online resources such as our recruitment and development dashboards.
  • ISE Conferences – Our members get reduced ticket prices as well as being eligible to showcase their organisation through sponsorship and exhibitor places and present content.
  • ISE Awards - Giving an opportunity to showcase your successes in recruitment and development. These coveted annual awards are great for suppliers and employers to showcase their work and brand. Entering the awards is offered exclusively to ISE members.
  • Courses and webinars - For all your professional development needs. Member-only courses run by industry professionals for the development of your recruitment teams. Free webinars keep you up to date with such topics as immigration law, social mobility and the latest technological advancements. Our members also have the opportunity to host a webinar or course.

What Our Members Say...

  • The ISE has evolved to ensure that employers receive support and guidance on all things early careers related. The regular comms provide key insights into sector developments and the conferences offer a fantastic opportunity to share best practice and to grow your network. Over the years there have also been some great opportunities to get involved with interesting projects that can help to shape the future of the early careers sector.

Andrew Bargery, Talent Engagement Senior Manager, PwC

  • I cannot emphasise the value of being an ISE member enough. Being able to bring in external benchmarking, ideas and solutions from my peers has been a real help consistently at various stages throughout my career.  As I have recruited and onboarded more junior team members I’ve been able to rely on ISE’s events, research and network to support me in upskilling them also and to access technical skills training that they wouldn’t have access to otherwise.

Sarah Thomas, Head of Early Careers Programmes, St. James's Place Wealth Management

  • The annual ISE Student Development Survey and Student Recruitment Survey are essential resources. They offer invaluable insights into hiring practices, critical skills delivery, and salary assessments. The unbiased information from these surveys allows us to stay informed about industry trends, and helps us remain relevant and competitive.

Hannah Tupper, Early Careers Programme Manager, Schroders Plc

  • We have been members of the ISE for almost 3 years. The insights, research and toolkits have helped me build Early Careers at Novuna, a function that did not exist prior to this. The standout element for me is the network that you become a part of, having access to a wealth of knowledge from a variety of experts in this space. It has also given me development opportunities by being part of working groups.

Gemma Fowle, Early Careers Manager, Novuna

  • I have been an ISE member for 14 years, since I first joined Shoosmiths, and it has been invaluable in supporting my career. What I value most is the opportunity to connect with a network of like-minded professionals.

Samantha Hope, Emerging Talent Manager, Shoosmiths

  • The ISE has been part of my working life for as long as I can remember and I honestly couldn’t do my job without the insights, research and network that it provides me. In particular the annual surveys are so instrumental to driving forward my organisation’s Future Talent strategy.

Karen Luckly-Tang, Head of Future Talent, Legal & General
