Jessica joined ISE in July 2023, returning to work after maternity leave.

She has a varied career background, most recently working within marketing in the property development industry. Working for a cause was an important aspect when choosing to return to work and ISE's commitment to social mobility and best practice within early careers was of huge appeal when applying for the role.

Aside from work and family, Jessica is obsessed with food and loves to travel and get out in nature.
