Jayne has spent over 30 years in the Early Talent market and is a "veteran"* networker and business development person. She joined ISE in August 2025 having spent the past 6 years freelancing post her Hobsons, ThirtyThree and TMP careers. 

As Head of Growth, Jayne drives ISE's membership strategy, partnerships, conferences and content from a commercial perspective to ensure that all ISE member stakeholders continue to derive value from the network.
