Sarah joined in July 2015 and came to ISE with a wealth of experience in membership organisations. Her role focuses on member value, engagement and growth, alongside all aspects of governance, finance and operational requirements. Working closely with the Joint CEO – market intelligence & thought leadership we will be supporting all of our employer, education and solution provider members to achieve best practice in early talent recruitment and development.

In her non-ISE time, Sarah is a qualified yoga teacher and loves a dip in the Cornish sea.
