In the next decade, hiring strategies will need to evolve even further, not only targeting school leavers and graduates but also embracing career changers, older workers, and internal candidates.

With growing skills shortages and a shrinking workforce due to demographic changes, traditional hiring and training pathways won’t be enough. It’s time for a fresh approach – one that focuses on skills, adaptability, and internal mobility.
