We have been members of the ISE for almost 3 years. The insights, research and toolkits have helped me build Early Careers at Novuna, a function that did not exist prior to this. The standout element for me is the network that you become a part of, having access to a wealth of knowledge from a variety of experts in this space. It has also given me development opportunities by being part of working groups.

They offer invaluable insights into hiring practices, critical skills delivery, and salary assessments.
