The School and College working group will create a guide for employers to enable them to build and develop an effective & efficient school and college engagement strategy, which primarily supports their Talent Acquisition of school, college and university leavers. It is not primarily about encouraging employers to engage more schools and colleges.
The group will draw on existing best practice and will work to fill in any gaps.
