Award Description
Recognises effective partnerships between employers and solution providers that contribute significantly to the development of emerging talent. Programmes should demonstrate strong collaboration, mutual support, and the achievement of measurable results.
Eligibility to submit: Award entry is open to ISE members only. If an ISE solution provider member acts as the lead organisation in the award submission, the partnering employer does not need to be an ISE member.
Round 1 Scoring Criteria:
- Vision and Objectives - How clearly are the partnership's vision and objectives articulated?
- Collaboration and Contribution - How effectively do both the solution provider and employer contribute to the partnership's success?
- Partnership Design and Implementation - To what extent do all parties work together to design and implement solutions?
- Stakeholder Engagement - How effectively are key stakeholders involved in executing the strategy?
- Success and Challenges - What quantitative and qualitative evidence shows the partnership's success, and the challenges overcome?
In addition to support of your submission, the following can also be added;
- Up to two A4 pages/slides of infographics i.e. images (max 4), graphs charts and tables in PDF format.
- One web link not included in the 500-word entry.
