Award Description
This award recognises groundbreaking approaches to attracting emerging talent, spanning thought, technology, and candidate experiences. We seek entries that clearly articulate the innovative elements, the rationale behind them, and their impact on the attraction process. Whether unique or inspired by other fields, the approach should demonstrate a strategic connection and potential to advance best practices.
Eligibility to submit: Award entry is open to ISE members only.
Round 1 Scoring Criteria:
- Innovation and Creativity – How novel and creative is the approach?
- Strategic Alignment – How well does the innovation align with the overall talent strategy?
- Clarity of Rationale – Is there a clear explanation for choosing this approach?
- Impact on Attraction Process – How effectively did this innovation impact the attraction process?
- Scalability and Adaptability – Can this approach be adapted or scaled to other contexts?
- Outcome Achievement – Were the anticipated outcomes met or exceeded?
In addition to support of your submission, the following can also be added;
- Up to two A4 pages/slides of infographics i.e. images (max 4), graphs charts and tables in PDF format.
- One web link not included in the 500-word entry.
