Award Description
This award celebrates universities with outstanding strategies for engaging employers to build meaningful relationships that benefit students, graduates, and employers. The strategy should be innovative, effective, and aligned with current job market demands.
Eligibility to submit: Award entry is open to ISE members only. If an ISE solution provider or university member acts as the lead organisation in the award submission, the partnering employer does not need to be an ISE member.
Round 1 Scoring Criteria:
- Strategic Vision - How clear and impactful is the vision for employer engagement?
- Market Relevance - How well does the strategy align with current and future job market demands?
- Innovation and Adaptability - To what extent does the strategy incorporate innovative approaches that can be adopted or adapted by others?
- Stakeholder Engagement - How effectively are internal and external stakeholders engaged in the strategy?
- Impact Measurement - What methods are used to measure the impact of the strategy, and how robust are the plans for long-term tracking?
In addition to support of your submission, the following can also be added;
- Up to two A4 pages/slides of infographics i.e. images (max 4), graphs charts and tables in PDF format.
- One web link not included in the 500-word entry.
