Award Description
This award recognises organisations with exceptional graduate development programmes that ensure a smooth transition from education to employment. Programmes should be designed to develop the skills and competencies needed for graduates to succeed in their careers.
Eligibility to submit: Award entry is open to ISE members only.
Round 1 Scoring Criteria:
- Vision for Behavioural Change - How clearly does the programme articulate the desired behaviour changes for graduate success?
- Skill Development Activities - What activities are used to develop graduate skills, and how effectively are these implemented?
- Support and Resources - What support and resources are provided to aid the development of graduates?
- Stakeholder Involvement - How well are stakeholders involved in supporting graduates' transition to work?
- Impact and Outcomes - How well does the programme demonstrate measurable impact on graduates and the organisation?
In addition to support of your submission, the following can also be added;
- Up to two A4 pages/slides of infographics i.e. images (max 4), graphs charts and tables in PDF format.
- One web link not included in the 500-word entry.
