Award Description

This award acknowledges excellence in designing and implementing effective assessment and selection processes that are fair, consistent, and engaging. Entries should demonstrate innovative use of assessment tools, clarity of strategy, and positive candidate experience.

Eligibility to submit: Award entry is open to ISE members only.

 

Round 1 Scoring Criteria:

  • Clarity of Strategy – Clear articulation of the assessment and selection strategy.
  • Candidate Experience – How well does the process ensure a positive and fair experience for candidates?
  • Innovation and Tools Used – Use of innovative and appropriate assessment methods and tools.
  • Achievement of Objectives – How well did the process meet its goals for volume and quality of hires?
  • Stakeholder Involvement – Effectiveness of collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Evidence of Success – Quantitative and qualitative evidence of successful outcomes.

 

In addition to support of your submission, the following can also be added;

  • Up to two A4 pages/slides of infographics i.e. images (max 4), graphs charts and tables in PDF format.
  • One web link not included in the 500-word entry.
