Award Description
This award celebrates organisations that are champions of diversity, demonstrating a commitment to attracting, recruiting, and supporting diverse candidates. Entries should showcase initiatives that break down barriers and foster an inclusive recruitment process.
Eligibility to submit: Award entry is open to ISE members only.
Round 1 Scoring Criteria:
- Clarity of Diversity Strategy – How well-defined and strategic is the diversity approach?
- Objectives and Success Criteria – Clear articulation and achievement of key objectives.
- Barrier Elimination – How effectively were barriers identified and addressed?
- Stakeholder Engagement – Involvement of internal and external stakeholders in executing the strategy.
- Long-term Impact – Potential for the initiative to create lasting change.
- Evidence of Success – Quantitative and qualitative data demonstrating success against objectives.
In addition to support of your submission, the following can also be added:
- Up to two A4 pages/slides of infographics i.e. images (max 4), graphs charts and tables in PDF format.
- One web link not included in the 500-word entry.
