Award for ‘Most Successful Early Careers Strategy’

Award Description

Honours organisations that demonstrate strategic thinking, planning, and execution in their early talent strategies. This award is open to employers of all sizes and sectors with apprenticeship and/or graduate programmes, aiming to deliver business impact.

Eligibility to submit: Award entry is open to ISE members only.

Links to other Awards: We recognise that some of the content for this award is relevant to other award categories. You are welcome to duplicate some content as long as your submission demonstrates the full overview of your organisation's early talent strategy.

 

Round 1 Scoring Criteria

  • Business Goals and Alignment - How clearly are the business goals defined and aligned with the strategy?
  • Engagement and Collaboration - How well is the strategy engaged with various levels/departments and external partners?
  • Objectives and Success Criteria - How clear are the strategy’s objectives and success criteria, and how well are these achieved?
  • Attraction, Selection, and Development - How effective is the strategy in attracting, selecting, developing, retaining, and progressing candidates?
  • Team Structure and Impact - How well-structured is the team responsible for the strategy, and what is the overall business impact?

 

For this award only entries are allowed up to 1000-word limit to describe their case studies.

In addition to support of your submission, the following can also be added;

  • Up to 4 A4 pages/slides of infographics i.e. images(max 8), graphs charts and tables in PDF format
  • Two web links not included in the 1000-word entry.
