The ISE has evolved to ensure that employers receive support and guidance on all things early careers related. The regular comms provide key insights into sector developments and the conferences offer a fantastic opportunity to share best practice and to grow your network. Over the years there have also been some great opportunities to get involved with interesting projects that can help to shape the future of the early careers sector.

They offer invaluable insights into hiring practices, critical skills delivery, and salary assessments. The unbiased information from these surveys allows us to stay informed about industry trends, and helps us remain relevant and competitive.

I cannot emphasise the value of being an ISE member enough.
