The Role:
You’ll work onsite with our banking client collaborating with Senior Stakeholders, Attraction Teams and other organisations such as Universities on Emerging Talent Campaigns.With a clear focus on Early Careers Recruitment, you’ll support a specified business area covering seasonal recruitment supporting all campaigns and programmes. You’ll manage candidates through a selection process to agreed timelines in a fast-paced client facing environment.

Key Accountabilities:
What you’ll be doing:
Full accountability for the management of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a consistent service through close collaboration with the Sourcing, Administration and Regional recruitment teams
Responsible for executing client’s hiring strategy across EC&C for Apprentice, Intern and Graduate hiring including diversity events, attraction and marketing activities as necessary

Build stakeholder relationships and highlight to the Operations Manager opportunities to discuss wider initiatives/products available within AMS

Train and provide mentorship to junior recruiters, sharing expertise and helping improve the team’s overall effectiveness

Identify challenges and opportunities for improvement across all elements of the early careers recruitment cycle. Work with the Ops Manager to drive improvements through process refinements

Take a leading role in project activities for both task delivery and enhancement with Ops Manager support and guidance

Deep understanding of relevant systems and processes, identifiable as a subject matter expert, supporting to deliver training and develop materials as required

Work with the Campus and Attraction team to assist in facilitating and attending events to promote the clients emerging talent opportunities

Creation and management of evergreen & hiring requisitions, delivering Recruiter & Sourcer responsibilities accordingly

End-to-end oversight of the candidate journey through the recruitment cycle. Review and manage candidate pipeline, progressing and dispositioning applicants accordingly. Flagging any concerns in a timely manner

Responsible for the organisation and facilitation of assessment centres both virtual and in person

Support the business in hiring decisions through assessor briefs, feedback collation and wash ups

Manage candidate care including queries and briefings prior to Assessment Centre

Deliver candidate offer calls and feedback in addition to post offer actions including initiation and oversight of onboarding progress
Understands the metrics behind SLAs/KPIs, adhering to timelines and ensuring that the overall targets are met with responsibility for personal performance against relevant metrics
Complete all mandatory training as assigned within the deadlines given
Support with other EC&C activities as required

Must haves:
Track record of delivering end-to-end Early Careers recruitment campaigns and targeted solutions or experience of running/facilitating assessment centres

Extensive experience of the Early Careers and Campus market and knowledge of working with third parties in this environment

Data driven mindset

Ability to liaise with and influence all levels of management to agree a change of direction or new process

Experience of developing and delivering recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes (e.g. decreased time to hire, increased quality of hire)
Experience working in a complex matrix environment
