I cannot emphasise the value of being an ISE member enough. Being able to bring in external benchmarking, ideas and solutions from my peers has been a real help consistently at various stages throughout my career. As I have recruited and onboarded more junior team members I’ve been able to rely on ISE’s events, research and network to support me in upskilling them also and to access technical skills training that they wouldn’t have access to otherwise.
