Designed for Year 12 and 13 students from underrepresented backgrounds, WIP provides meaningful workplace exposure, employability skills and insight into careers in financial services.

Aon is passionate about sharing what works. By opening up the programme to fellow employers, they hope to spark new ideas, encourage collaboration across the sector and help more organisations accelerate their efforts to diversify future talent pipelines.
