We are delighted to invite you to exhibit at Kingston University’s Part-Time Jobs Fair, Monday 12th October 2026. We are reaching out to you, as spaces for this event are limited and highly sought after.
Our February 2026 fair was a huge success, attracting more than 700 students, and the fair continues to draw strong student interest, with over 600 attendees in recent years.
Following this success, we are excited to welcome employers back for our autumn fair, providing another fantastic opportunity to connect with talented, motivated students seeking part-time, temporary, and casual work.
This fair is an excellent opportunity to promote your vacancies to our diverse student community, helping students gain valuable experience while supporting themselves financially throughout their studies.

- Fair open to students: 12:00pm – 2:00pm

- £100 + VAT – Public Sector organisations
- Free of charge – Registered Charities
Your exhibitor package includes:
- Table to exhibit on and space for a marketing banner
- 2 x lunch vouchers for our cafe areas or canteen
- Inclusion in our marketing promotions to students
- Access to a room on campus to conduct interviews after the fair (only Kingston students may be interviewed)
