Placements & Graduate Opportunities Fair

Time: 12.00pm – 2.00pm (employer set up from 10.30am)

Wider Context:

This event is taking place in our Autumn Careers Festival (12th – 23rd October). We are hosting a series of events and activities across the two weeks that will give our students and recent graduates industry insights, career opportunities and skills development.

Purpose of the event:

To increase students' knowledge of possible placement & graduate opportunities and to increase their confidence in networking with a range of employers. You will also have the opportunity to network yourself with other local companies.

Audience:

This event is open to all students, from all faculties, although mostly focused on those in their second and third year (Levels 5 &6). We will promote your company in targeting students from particularly relevant courses.

Format:

Companies will be grouped in the venue by sector and students will be able to informally speak to those most relevant to them. There will be a slide show playing on screens around the event space, with information for the different companies present. 

You are very welcome to email us the slide you would like us to use during the event.

Please feel free to bring any company materials with you such as brochures or guides.

We have a number of tables available for use. If you have your own stand please let us know so we can allocate additional space.
