Information

The 2026 event will be open to students from across the University, providing an excellent opportunity for employers to connect with and recruit talented individuals for placement, part-time, or graduate roles. Last year, the event attracted over 750 students.

The Careers Fair will take place on 3rd November 2026, from 10:30am to 2:30pm, at the Archers Arena, Cyncoed Campus (approximately 15 minutes from the city centre). The venue offers a spacious and engaging environment for exhibitors to meet students and showcase their organisation. Complimentary parking and refreshments will be provided for all exhibitors.

We have 90 exhibitor spaces available, and bookings are already underway. Please see our booking form for further details:

Event Fees:

• Large Organisations (250+ employees): £195.00 (+VAT)
• SMEs (up to 249 employees) / Public Sector Organisations: £145.00 (+VAT)
• A limited number of free spaces are available for charity and not-for-profit organisations
