Recruitment processes are designed to be rigorous, but without the right support they can create barriers for disabled students. Uncertainty about what adjustments are available, concerns about stigma and a lack of clarity around what constitutes a reasonable adjustment can leave students unsure about how to navigate recruitment with confidence.

This interactive MyPlus session in partnership with J.P. Morgan, led by Helen Cooke CBE, CEO and Founder of MyPlus, will equip university staff with practical guidance to help disabled students understand and request adjustments, strengthen their applications and perform at their best in recruitment. Representatives from J.P. Morgan will also share their approach to supporting applicants and take part in the Q&A.
