Deciding whether to share information about a disability with an employer can be a significant source of uncertainty for students. This session will explore the complexities of disclosure, helping university and employability professionals better understand students’ concerns and build confidence in supporting them to make informed decisions about if, when and how to share information with employers.

Led by Helen Cooke CBE, CEO and Founder of MyPlus, the interactive MyPlus session in partnership with J.P. Morgan will explore the potential benefits and risks of disclosure, why employers collect disability information and practical ways to help students prepare for conversations about their needs. Representatives from J.P. Morgan will also share an employer perspective and answer questions from attendees.
