Disability inclusion isn’t about being an expert in every type of disability; it’s about having the confidence to understand individual needs and provide the support that enables people to thrive. Our MyPlus Disability Insight sessions use lived experience and open conversation to explore different disabilities, workplace barriers and what meaningful support can look like.

Through an expert panel, attendees will gain practical ideas to build disability confidence, remove barriers and create more inclusive workplaces.
