Situational Judgement Tests (SJTs) are widely used in early careers recruitment, but their abstract and socially nuanced nature can create barriers for neurodivergent candidates, particularly those with autism. As a result, employers risk losing talented candidates before they have the opportunity to demonstrate their potential.

This interactive MyPlus session will explore the challenges SJTs can create and how employers can make assessment more neuro-inclusive. Through candidate experiences, legal cases and practical examples from employers and assessment experts, attendees will gain insights into designing recruitment processes that remove unnecessary barriers while still effectively assessing the skills and competencies they need.
