The NTU Spring Fair is one of NTU's largest careers events, providing employers with a valuable opportunity to engage with a high volume of students across all disciplines. Whether attending as a returning organisation or for the first time, the fair offers a strong platform to promote your organisation and connect with NTU’s student talent.

The event enables organisations to showcase graduate roles, summer internships, placements and volunteering opportunities to a diverse and motivated student population. In the 2025/26 academic year, the fair attracted over 1,000 student attendees, demonstrating significant demand for early careers opportunities. Employer feedback highlighted high levels of student engagement, with one organisation noting that over 250 students interacted with their stand activity, the highest level of engagement they had experienced at any university to date.

The fair also provides an opportunity for organisations to enhance their visibility on campus, connect with students from a wide range of academic backgrounds, and network with other employers within the wider recruitment community.

Participation in the fair is offered free of charge, supporting inclusive employer engagement and enabling organisations of varying sizes and sectors to take part. Lunch is provided for up to two representatives per organisation.

Through participation, employers are able to identify high-potential candidates, build early talent pipelines, and contribute to the development of students’ employability through direct engagement and insight into industry expectations.
