The NTU Brackenhurst Careers Fair 2025 provides employers with an opportunity to engage with students across specialist disciplines including sustainability, animal science, ecology and land management. The event offers direct access to a cohort of highly motivated students and graduates eager to contribute to real-world environmental and sustainability challenges.

Whether attending as a returning organisation or for the first time, the fair offers a valuable platform to promote your organisation and connect with NTU’s Brackenhurst student talent. Employers are able to showcase graduate roles, internships, placements and volunteering opportunities to students actively seeking career pathways within the sector.

The event enables organisations to promote current vacancies, enhance their visibility on campus, and engage with a diverse and engaged student audience. It also provides opportunities to network with other organisations and strengthen connections within the wider environmental and land-based sector. Attendance has remained strong and consistent year-on-year, with over 250 students attending annually, demonstrating sustained demand for opportunities within the sector.

Participation in the fair is offered free of charge, supporting inclusive employer engagement and enabling organisations of varying sizes and specialisms to take part. Lunch is provided for up to two representatives per organisation.

Through participation, employers are able to identify high-potential candidates, build early talent pipelines, and contribute to the development of students’ employability through direct engagement and insight into industry expectations.
