NTU’s Built Environment Careers Fair is designed for employers to engage and connect with students from disciplines including Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Property, Design and Civil Engineering, as well as those from other courses with an interest in the sector. Whether you have attended previously or are joining for the first time, the event offers a valuable platform to promote your organisation to NTU’s student talent.

The fair enables organisations to promote current vacancies, enhance their visibility on campus, and connect with a diverse and motivated student population. It also provides an opportunity to network with other organisations and strengthen connections within the wider employer community.

Participation in the fair is offered free of charge, supporting inclusive engagement and enabling organisations of varying sizes and sectors to take part. Lunch is provided for up to two representatives per organisation. In the 2025/26 academic year, the event attracted over 600 students and more than 100 employers, demonstrating strong engagement across the built environment sector. Feedback from employers has been consistently positive, with particular recognition given to the professionalism, preparedness and engagement of NTU students.

Through participation, employers can identify potential candidates, build early talent pipelines, and contribute to the development of students’ employability through direct engagement and insight into industry expectations.
