NTU’s annual Autumn Careers Fair provides employers with the opportunity to engage directly with students seeking internships, placements and graduate opportunities at the start of the academic year. Whether you have attended previously or are joining for the first time, the event offers a valuable platform to promote your organisation to NTU’s student talent.

The fair enables organisations to promote current vacancies, enhance their visibility on campus, and connect with a diverse and motivated student population. It also provides an opportunity to network with other organisations and strengthen connections within the wider employer community.

Participation in the fair is offered free of charge, supporting inclusive engagement and enabling organisations of varying sizes and sectors to take part. Lunch is provided for up to two representatives per organisation. In the 2025/26 academic year, the event attracted over 2,000 students and more than 90 employers, demonstrating strong engagement from both students and industry.

Through participation, employers can identify potential candidates, build early talent pipelines, and contribute to the development of students’ employability through direct engagement and insight into industry expectations.
