Award Description

Honouring the most effective attraction campaigns, this award focuses on idea execution, campaign strategy, and overall impact. Campaigns should consist of multiple connected executions and demonstrate exceptional results in enhancing the candidate experience and achieving targeted outcomes.

Eligibility to submit: Award entry is open to ISE members only.

 

Round 1 Scoring Criteria:

  • Campaign Execution – Quality and effectiveness of campaign delivery against the brief.
  • Creative Concept – Originality and clarity of the campaign's core idea.
  • Integration and Cohesion – How well the different elements of the campaign work together.
  • Impact on Candidate Experience – How effectively the campaign enhances the candidate journey.
  • Results and Outcomes – Evidence of campaign performance against targeted results.
  • Strategic Benefit to Employer – How well the campaign meets employer needs and objectives.

 

In addition to support of your submission, the following can also be added;

  • Up to two A4 pages/slides of infographics i.e. images (max 4), graphs charts and tables in PDF format.
  • One web link not included in the 500-word entry.
