ISE Fellows are appointed by the ISE Board*, as part of our vision to ‘maximise the success of every business through full access to student talent’. Their appointment informs and drives some of our most important projects. As well as supporting the Board and the ISE’s strategic objectives they will help to deliver success on behalf of all of our members. It is a voluntary role, awarded in recognition of their contribution and ongoing support of the Institute and industry.
The current Fellows are:
- Bob Athwal, Senior Talent Manager at Skyscanner and former AGR Director
- James Darley, CEO at Transform Society and former AGR Director
- Carl Gilleard, former AGR CEO
- Karen Luckly-Tang, Head of Future Talent at Legal & General, a school governor and former ISE Director.
- Rebecca Fielding, Founder and Managing Director at Gradconsult and former AGR Director
- Alison Heron, Global University Relations Director at GSK and former ISE Chair
- Alison Hodgson, VP People at Virgin Media and former AGR Chair
- Terence Perrin, Talent Leader at Wells Fargo and former AGR Chair
- Simon Reichwald, Chief Progression Officer at Connectr and former ISE Strategic Adviser on Apprenticeships
* The ISE Nominations, Reward and Governance Committee gathers recommendations from the ISE Board on an ongoing basis. Any director recommending a potential Fellow completes a nomination form that covers how they meet the criteria of:
- how the nominee has provided ongoing strategic-level support to ISE in the past, and
- how they will continue to support ISE’s strategic objectives in the future.
If you have any questions about the ISE process for awarding Fellowships, please contact the Chair of the Nominations, Reward and Governance Committee, Alison Heron, or Sarah Hathaway, ISE Joint CEO at sarah@ise.org.uk.
