Job Listing: Product Marketing Executive

Full-time

About the Role

If you’re ready to make your mark in a company that thrives on fresh ideas and bold strategies, this is the moment to join Unseen’s marketing team.

We’re not just ticking boxes; we’re building a powerhouse marketing unit that drives real impact across our entire product lineup.

Here, you’ll work with a team that values innovation and embraces ambition, where we show up every day and take pride in our work. If you’re a results-driven marketer who’s ready to turn things up a gear in their career, let’s get started and see where that drive takes us.

Focusing solely on B2B marketing, as an experienced Product Marketing Executive you’ll play a pivotal role in taking our products to market and ensuring everything we sell is flying off the proverbial shelf.

You’ll be expected to conduct thorough market research, living and breathing the marketplaces in which we operate and familiarising yourself with similar product offerings across the range of recruitment- and education-tech sectors.

Your ability to analyse the market, understand how Unseen can best position itself, and ultimately deliver effective campaigns that put is in front of all the right people will be a main engine of wider marketing and growth strategies. This role is a great opportunity to step into a genuinely dynamic arena and make a big impact within a fast-growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research:

Fully understanding the market landscape, our competitors, and how others position and sell similar products

Regularly conducting competitor analysis to ensure we’re not losing ground

Relaying insights to the Marketing Director and reporting on relevant industry information that could influence our own strategy

GTM Strategy:

Developing razor sharp messaging to be used across Sales and Marketing for effectively and concisely pitching our products and services to the right people

Identifying key market audiences and user-types and collaborating with Performance Marketing to develop appropriate workflows for each

Inputting on where and how to position products according to competitor and industry practices, including advertisement placement and event showcasing

Regularly monitoring and updating our go-to-market activity to ensure we’re delivering positive results

Product Awareness:

Developing a deep understanding of all the products and services within Unseen, effectively being an expert on all things we do and offer

Assisting sales teams with best practices for messaging and approach styles based on different products and audiences

Identifying new product marketing opportunities based on product and tech developments across the organisation
