Focusing solely on B2B marketing, as an experienced Performance Marketing Executive you’ll play a pivotal role in implementing and delivering highly effective marketing campaigns that deliver consistent and quality leads to the sales team and ensure we’re engaging with customers precisely and intelligently.
Working extremely closely with a Product Marketing Executive and Creative Marketing Executive, you’ll be expected to bring technical know-how to the table, designing workflows, user journeys, and implementing automations and targeted ads to ensure we’re reaching our audiences in the best way possible.
Working with email, paid and organic advertising, and other marketing tools and outlets to deliver results and fulfil intelligently targeted campaigns, you’ll bring a sharp eye for precision and data to everything we do as a team.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery:
Implementing and executing ads and campaigns across the Unseen product portfolio
Managing campaigns across email, paid social, paid search, and other necessary outlets
Regularly tracking and reporting on campaign performance and being proactive with optimisations and resolutions
Continuously monitoring and improving ads and campaigns to ensure best results
Lead Tracking and Reporting:
Ensuring every marketing activity we execute is tracked end-to-end, giving the Marketing Director and the rest of the team clear oversight of performance
Producing reports on campaign performance with recommendations for improvements
Inputting on where and how to position products according to competitor and industry practices, including advertisement placement and event showcasing
Devising ways to attract and convert leads more effectively
Technical Implementation:
Mapping out and implementing workflows for potential and existing customers across the Unseen product suite, ensuring communications are appropriate, well-timed and engaging
Integrating marketing output with our CRM, ensuring there is a healthy and consistent flow of leads into the sales pipeline as well as well-tailored engagement actions for existing customers
Optimising where necessary any existing marketing tools and workflows to improve effectiveness
About You
We’re looking for an up-and-coming marketer with 2-5 years under their belt in a similar role who is ready to move to an organisation that allows them the agency and the flexibility to really thrive and make a name for themselves.
For this particular role, you’ll be a highly technical marketer who’s more interested in data and touch points than fonts and TikTok.
We’re looking for someone who has the ambition and drive to take on a challenging but rewarding position in a new and dynamic marketing team that will be responsible for taking a wide range of products and services within Early Careers to market.
You’ll be driven and motivated by delivering leads and results for the business as we look to expand our product and customer base and increase brand awareness as an industry-leader across the early careers sector.
This role requires a strong work ethic and an ability to consistently analyse and improve.

Key attributes we’re looking for include
2-5 years’ experience in a performance marketing role, or a marketing role that heavily involved campaign delivery, tracking and reporting
Demonstrable experience in customer journey mapping
Strong analytical and reporting skills, comfortable producing output reports and suggesting improvements
Familiarity with marketing and CRM tools used to track campaigns, audiences, and leads. Experience with Pipedrive particularly preferable
Good ROI-tracking skills and an ability to prove what is and isn’t working
A self-motivator who knows how to prioritise their time and workload effectively, especially when working remotely
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferable but not essential
