Recruiters turning away from traditional approaches

In the effort to attract a diverse pool of talent, brands are abandoning CVs and traditional methods.
So what are companies doing?
Unilever and Goldman Sachs have turned to AI, while First Direct have been hosting cocktail evenings. O2 has been using escape room type activities and also is working with graduate app Debut.
BT runs a Work Ready programme, which helps young people not working and no longer in education to get into the workplace.
Virgin Media has been focusing on candidate experience.
Google uses internships.
